Technology Group · A Workshop for Control Systems

We build systems that run companies.
And the companies to go with them.

Humans + agents → systems → companies

Diginexus is a small technology group based in Düsseldorf, Germany. We work as the Fliegerkollektiv, our flight collective: humans and AI agents side by side, in our own lab and playground, the ananda lab. Our main field is advertising systems for multi-location businesses. Alongside that, we build our own products, custom software, and the companies to run them. What we learn, we document. Increasingly in public.

01

What we work on

Software can be bought.

Systems have to be built.

We build them. With humans and agents.

field 02 · engineering

Build & Transfer

We build automation and AI systems inside our clients’ own house: documented, trained, handed over. The range: automation stacks, industry software from accounting to facility management, agent systems.

field 03 · products

Our own software

From the workshop into production: our own products, where we know the problem best ourselves. One of them runs in production in accounting. Separate companies, where it makes sense.

field 04 · standards

Open standards

Advertising will be bought by machines. We contribute to the industry standards for that, so our clients can rely on open systems instead of black boxes.

02

Workshop & playground · ananda lab

The ananda lab is where we crunch, bend and build: on our own infrastructure, with our own agents. Some of it becomes product, some of it stays a toy. We show both.

playground 01 · nora

live · in daily use

Nora

Our phone and email assistant: answers calls, makes outbound calls, books appointments and restaurant tables, checks calendar slots, and remembers her own past actions. Built in the lab, used every day.

Tools, in the open

What proves itself in production, we want to share. First releases are in preparation; links will appear here as soon as there is something to show.

Principles

The client owns everything

Accounts, data and assets always belong to the client. We work with partner access, cancellable like any service provider.

Open pricing logic

Audit, system operations, project: the logic is public on the advertising page. What gets negotiated is the scale, not the principle.

No invented numbers

No fantasy uplifts, no anonymous success stories. Where nothing verifiable exists yet, it reads “––”.

No cookies, no profiles

Our visitor statistics run cookie-free, self-hosted and anonymous (Umami). No banner, because there is nothing to accept. And we build no profiles.

Origins

Multi-location is not a market segment to us. It is where we come from. The workshop came later.

Since 2002 we have worked inside the world’s largest franchise system, from the single restaurant to brand management. For twenty years we ran an agency of our own and know how both sides of the table do their maths. Today we work as a collective of humans and AI agents, on our own infrastructure. We do not name clients; the systems speak for themselves in conversation.

  1. 2002 The world’s largest franchise system

Starting at location level: from the restaurant to brand management, across every level of the system.

  2. 20 years Our own agency

Two decades of running our own agency: budget responsibility, campaigns, client side and vendor side.

  3. 2019 Diginexus GmbH

Founded with one ambition from day one: advertising systems as software, not as billable hours.

  4. 2026 Technology group

The Fliegerkollektiv way of working, our own ananda lab, our own products, the Advertising OS in production. And the next company being founded.

A conversation, not a funnel

No lead magnet, no sequence. You write, we answer. With the right next step.

Advertising system, engineering project, or an idea for the workshop: tell us what it is about. For multi-location advertising, the fastest route is the Advertising OS.
