Diginexus · Multi-Location Advertising

We build the systems
that run advertising.

We analyse every location, plan and run its campaigns on Google and Meta, continuously reallocate budgets, and report every number up to headquarters. Software built in-house, operated by Diginexus.

HQ → Diginexus systems → platform AI → locations

The control layer above platform AI

Platform AI optimises the single campaign. Better than any human could.

But who controls what happens across 20, 80 or 400 locations?

Nobody. That is exactly why we build our systems.

Advertising many locations is not a campaign problem. It is a control problem: Which location gets which budget? Is every location running the brand headquarters approved? And is anyone measuring independently of platforms that grade their own homework?

Fig. 01 · Control model · four layers

Headquarters Budget frame · brand management Diginexus · control layer Budget per location · governance · location data & feeds Google Performance Max Meta Advantage+ Platform 3 depends on the system Locations 20–400 · each location its own context Control Measurement · reporting

How to read it: control runs downward, measurement runs upward independently, past the platform AI, up to headquarters.

Fig. 02 · Campaign contexts · the arithmetic

LocationsPlatformsCampaign
types
= Contexts
20×3×2120
80×3×2480
400×3×22,400

Finding: every location × every platform × every campaign type is its own context, with budget, assets and targets.

Beyond the second order of magnitude, manual control stops being a question of diligence and becomes one of arithmetic. No team runs 2,400 contexts by hand, and no platform AI runs them across platform boundaries.

Four modules, clear boundaries

Each module states what it does, and what it does not. Systems that promise everything control nothing.

module 01 · campaign.automation

Campaign automation

Planning and delivery across all platforms, budget per location and period.

The systems behind it: from location radar to autopilot →
Included / Not included

Included

  • Campaign planning per location and season
  • Steering the platform AI (PMax, Advantage+)
  • Budget allocation and reallocation per location
  • Location feeds as the campaign data base

Not included

  • Replacing the platform AI – we steer it
  • Classic media planning (TV, print, out-of-home)
  • Headquarters brand campaigns

module 02 · lead.routing

Lead routing

From click to the right location: capture, qualification, handover.

Related system: campaign self-service →
Included / Not included

Included

  • Capture via forms, calls, platform leads
  • Qualification against defined criteria
  • Assignment to the responsible location
  • Handover to CRM and sales, fully traceable

Not included

  • Selling or booking on behalf of the location
  • CRM licences or CRM rollout
  • Call-centre operations

module 03 · reporting.pipeline

Reporting pipeline

One set of numbers from location to region to headquarters, measured independently.

How decisions are documented: the protocol →
Included / Not included

Included

  • Measurement independent of the platforms
  • Reports per location, region, headquarters
  • Uniform metric definitions
  • Data export – the data stays with the client

Not included

  • Platform metrics as the sole proof of success
  • Dashboards without a solid data base
  • Invented benchmarks

module 04 · governance

Governance

The brand stays one brand, and everything belongs to the client.

What it costs: the open pricing logic →
Included / Not included

Included

  • Brand compliance: templates and approval paths
  • Account ownership with the client, partner access for us
  • Rights and access structure per level
  • Documented change history

Not included

  • Accounts owned by the agency
  • Lock-in via access or data
  • Approvals bypassing headquarters

The systems behind it – built in-house

The control layer is not bought-in software. We build the systems ourselves, document every decision, and publish the models.

The four modules run on systems we built ourselves: location analysis, budget control, campaign automation, reporting. What you see here is a schematic. We show real system extracts in the system conversation, and add references once they are cleared. If you want to run it yourself: Build & Transfer builds the same stack inside your house.

system 01 · location.radar

in production

Location Radar

Catchment area and budget potential per location: radius or postcode cluster, audience pool validated live from the platforms, competitor density from open geodata, reach curve with a published saturation model.

Saturation model formula: R(B) = Pool × (1 − e−k · Impressions / Pool)

model published · k calibrated on the real catchment area

system 02 · budget.autopilot

expansion stage · model in training

Budget Autopilot

A marketing-mix model per location: allocates daily budgets by modelled revenue contribution, measures lift against control locations, documents every decision in the log.

Campaign self-service

A booking flow for operators and franchisees: campaign in three steps, forecast from platform data, brand-compliant packages, personalised per location automatically.

Pricing logic – transparent

Without scope, no number means anything. The logic is public; the maths happens in conversation.

audit

Advertising system audit

Fixed fee · EUR 3,500

Three consulting days, a written findings report with a sequence of measures: the entry point before any system decision.

German SMEs may qualify for the federal BAFA consulting subsidy: 50 % (max. EUR 1,750) in western regions/Berlin/Leipzig, up to 80 % (max. EUR 2,800) in eastern regions; application before contract signature, programme ends 31 Dec 2026.

advertising.os

Advertising OS, operated

per location, monthly · from EUR 299

Setup and operations follow the scope: locations, platforms, modules. The maths happens in the system conversation: per location, not per hour.

engineering

Build & Transfer

Project · from EUR 15,000

We build the stack inside your house: documentation, training, handover. The size follows the project scope.

The market standard is 10–20 % of ad spend plus a retainer. We price per location and per project, because systems scale and hours do not.

A conversation, not a funnel

No lead magnet, no sequence. You write, we answer. With the right next step.

The number of locations decides the format: under 10 locations, the audit is the right entry point. From 10 locations, we start with a 30-minute system conversation.
